Getting to Walker House by road

If using a SatNav the post code is M5 3DU

Heading  to Manchester from the M62/M60, take the M602 heading towards Manchester city centre.

At exit 3 take the slip road and turn right off the roundabout at the 3rd exit on to the A5603 Trafford Road.

After the second set of traffic lights (Tesco Express on the left)  turn left at the Marriott Hotel - this is Elmira Way (no street sign). Turn right  at the mini-roundabout and follow the road behind the hotel to  the large black gate which leads in to the complex.

On entering the complex bear  left and then turn right at the T junction - follow the road under the first set of flats and continue to the last block which is Walker House.

  Heading out of Manchester along the Mancunian Way follow the signs for Liverpool / Preston (A57) - at the end of Regent Road (M602) junction) follow signs for the A5063.

Heading  to Manchester on the A56 Chester Road turn left on the A5063 Trafford Road just after The Manchester United Football ground.

Go over the bridge (River Irwell) to the set of traffic lights after the Ibis and Marriott hotels which are on the right hand side. Turn right at the next junction (Tesco Express on corner). This is Elmira Way (no street sign).

Follow the road to  the right and continue behind the Marriott Hotel to the large black gate which leads in to the complex.

Getting to Walker House by Metrolink

Take the Manchester Eccles route and alight at Exchange Quay.

At the outward end of the platform cross the main road (Ordsall Lane). Walker House is situated directly in front of you beyond the black metal fence. Access is via a coded pedestrian gate.
